HUMAIN Acquires CNTXT to Expand Enterprise AI and Cloud Services in Saudi Arabia

HUMAIN is part of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio. The financial terms and ownership structure of the transaction have not been disclosed.

CNTXT Brings Cloud and AI Expertise

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Riyadh, CNTXT provides technology services to public- and private-sector organisations. Its services include cloud transformation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and enterprise systems integration.

The company also offers managed cloud services, professional consulting, implementation and ongoing technical support. It has developed proprietary technology solutions to help organisations adopt and manage cloud, data and AI technologies.

Expanding HUMAIN’s Enterprise AI Services

With CNTXT joining its operations, HUMAIN will combine its AI infrastructure, computing capabilities, models and applications with CNTXT’s technology solutions and enterprise expertise.

The integration will help HUMAIN support organisations throughout the AI adoption process, from initial planning and implementation to cybersecurity, deployment and ongoing operations.
