IAIG Raises $6 Mn Pre-Seed to Build AI-Powered Software Startups

The company plans to use the new funding to grow its AI business, expand its operations, and accelerate its future development.

Instead of creating just one startup, IAIG works as a venture studio. It partners with entrepreneurs to build AI-powered software companies in established SaaS markets where there is already strong customer demand.

IAIG helps founders with product development, marketing, operations, and business growth. This support allows them to launch enterprise software products in just a few weeks instead of taking years.

"We believe AI is changing the foundations of how software businesses are built, marketed, grow and exit," said Lehavi.

"Many of today's software companies were designed for a different technological era. We see an opportunity to build a new generation of companies that can move faster, operate more efficiently and deliver greater value to customers."

Bar-Or said AI is fundamentally changing what it takes to build a startup.
"The biggest challenge in startups has always been finding something the market truly needs and then executing well," he said. "AI is dramatically reducing the barriers to execution, allowing entrepreneurs to spend more time solving meaningful problems and less time navigating the complexity of software development."

Founded by Nimrod Lehavi and Ofer Bar-Or, IAIG is building an AI-focused venture studio. Instead of creating just one company, it plans to launch many AI-powered software businesses.
