Incuspaze, a company that provides workspace solutions, has bought VSKOUT, a B2B SaaS platform focused on real estate, through a mix of cash and shares. This deal will help Incuspaze create a special division for Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
In a statement, Incuspaze said that VSKOUT’s expertise in data analytics for commercial real estate will help global companies and GCCs make smarter decisions about where to set up offices and how to plan their growth.
This move comes just a few weeks after Incuspaze acquired Pune-based TRIOS in a cash-and-stock deal.
VSKOUT was founded in 2016 by Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain. It is a B2B SaaS platform that provides data and analytics on India’s commercial real estate market. Its main product gives useful information like available spaces, lease deals, company details, and building layouts, helping all major players in the real estate sector.

After the acquisition, founders Kumar and Jain will join the Incuspaze team. Kumar will lead the new GCC division and focus on research and data innovation, while Jain will help improve Incuspaze’s overall technology platform.
The company also plans to launch white-label data tools for real estate developers and offer subscription-based insights for large business clients.
“By embedding VSKOUT’s real-time property intelligence into our workspace offerings, we’re unlocking smarter, faster, and more scalable solutions for our clients across India and global capability centres,” Incuspaze founder and CEO Sanjay Choudhary said.
Incuspaze, founded in 2016 by Sanjay Choudhary, is a workspace solutions company that operates in more than 50 locations across 18 cities, managing 4 million square feet of space.
The company offers a range of services to businesses, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and large Indian companies. These include managed offices, co-working spaces, office leasing, design and construction services, and other workspace solutions all aimed at providing clients with a smooth and stress-free experience.
