Artha Venture Fund, said the company’s growth comes from building customer trust and repeat usage, rather than depending heavily on discounts and high customer acquisition costs.

“He spent 5 years on the unglamorous part: verified astrologers, quality scores, a reason to come back,” said Anirudh A. Damani, managing partner at Artha Venture Fund. “The first consultation is marketing. The second one is a business.”
