Israeli AI security startup Reclaim raises $20 million in Series A Round

Israeli cybersecurity startup Reclaim Security has secured $20 million in a Series A funding round led by Acrew Capital.

The round also saw participation from Ibex Investors and QP Ventures. With this round, the company has raised $26 million to date.

“We take the vulnerabilities identified across the organization, analyze how the company operates, and provide clear guidance on what needs to be done to prevent harm,” Klinghofer, founder and CEO of Reclaim. “The challenge today is that organizations receive recommendations from many different systems. It becomes difficult to decide what to fix first and understand the consequences of each action. We are trying to create trust for the person who needs to make that decision. Our system also knows how to fix the problem.”

The company has also adjusted to the ongoing conflict with Iran. “Our offices are in Tel Aviv’s Sarona area, so we’ve fully shifted to remote work,” said Klinghofer. He mentioned having to cut a client call short recently due to an air-raid siren, which the clients understood.

Most employees, though based in Tel Aviv, have temporarily moved to quieter locations. “We’ve learned from past conflicts,” Klinghofer said. “Keeping daily communication is key, and we’re focused on maintaining smooth operations.”

He also noted that fast-changing AI tools, including Claude, are transforming the cybersecurity landscape.

“The recent launch of Claude Code, which caused traditional security giants to lose billions in market value, is a serious wake-up call,” Klinghofer said. “Tools like these can identify hundreds of vulnerabilities in seconds, but they also give attackers a fast, autonomous engine to exploit them. If remediation still requires manual review of every task we are losing the race.”

Founded in 2024 by Barak Klinghofer, Roy Peretz, Yaniv Waksman and Or Virnik, Reclaim has created an automated platform that doesn’t just spot security weaknesses but also helps organizations fix them. The system uses AI-driven automation and simulations customized for each company, enable security teams to prioritize and carry out fixes more efficiently.

Reclaim’s platform studies how real-world attacks might play out in a company’s environment, checks how current defenses would react, and predicts the effect of fixes before they’re applied.

By linking attack-path analysis with business-focused remediation, the system helps close vulnerable attack paths at scale without affecting essential operations. The company says the goal is to move organizations from reactive “assume breach” approaches to proactive risk reduction.
