Japan’s KRS buys majority stake in Indian cold‑chain company Coldrush

Legal advisors DSK Legal and Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu handled the transaction. The financial details were not released.

KRS Acquires Majority Stake in Coldrush

KRS Corporation gained its majority position by buying shares and buying shares from Hydra Commercial Investments.

Through the investment KRS bought new shares issued by Coldrush. It also bought existing shares from Hydra Commercial Investments, an investment firm.

This deal expands KRS’s presence, in India’s logistics market in temperature‑controlled logistics.
