Latambarcem Brewers (LB Brewers), a beverage business, has raised $1.5 million in a pre-Series A financing headed by Sheba Venture Holdings, Dhruv Agarwala, SPV, and other investors.
According to a news statement from LB Brewers, the new funding will accelerate its expansion and cemented its position as a market leader in natural functional beverages.
Aditya Ishan Varshnei and Anish Varshnei, brothers, co-founded LB Brewers in 2017. The company has a holistic approach that includes supply chain management, product development, manufacturing, and brand creation.
The platform features two primary brands: Borecha, a functional beverage brand with a selection of health-conscious beverages, and Maka Di, which offers a variety of distinctive craft brews. Their standout product is their probiotic kombucha.

As per the Goa-based enterprise, its product line also includes Belgian Triple, Super Maka, Bavarian Keller, and further items. With a partnership with Akasa Air and Air India Express, the business says that their health-focused beverage has acquired tremendous popularity and is now being served on Indian airlines as the first kombucha and sparkling iced tea.

According to Latambarcem Brewers, this year it intends to expand into 11 European nations, having already established a foothold in the US, Canada, UAE, and other international markets. Within the following three years, the business hopes to generate an annual revenue of Rs 300 crore.
