This partnership demonstrates Mibro’s dedication to putting kids’ safety and connectedness first while giving parents peace of mind.
The market for kids’ smartwatches is expanding quickly, propelled by growing wearable technology adoption and growing kid safety concerns.
Reiterating Mibro’s dedication to child safety, the next Mibro kids watch phone in EMEA and Southeast Asia has a 7-system positioning capability that precisely follows children’s positions and offers real-time views of their journeys.
The HERE Network Positioning application programming interface (API) is used by Mibro to retrieve the geolocation of the watch, and it powers this positioning capability.

These locations are converted into exact addresses by the HERE Reverse Geocoder API and forwarded to parents through the Mibro Kids mobile app.

The Mibro Kids mobile app uses HERE SDK Explore for fast and seamless map interactions, allowing parents to confidently protect their children with their phones.
