VinFast Auto India, the Indian branch of Vietnam’s electric vehicle company VinFast, has announced a new service partnership with myTVS, a well-known car service provider in India.
As part of its commitment to enhancing customer experience, VinFast aims to establish 120 Extended Service Workshops by partnering with potential service providers to boost its after sales operations across India, VinFast said in a statement on Monday.
Along with its upcoming dealership and service network VinFast’s partnership with myTVS is intended to significantly improve its after-sales service and charging support across India. This will ensure that customers have easy access to maintenance and support as VinFast expands in the Indian electric vehicle market.
Through this partnership, myTVS will offer comprehensive service coverage for VinFast customers nationwide.
The goal is to offer top-quality service through workshops that use original parts, modern repair tools, and skilled technicians.

Natarajan Srinivasan, Chief Executive Officer, myTVS, said VinFast brings their innovative electric vehicles to India and myTVS is delighted to partner with them.

As VinFast gets ready to launch its products in India, the company said its partnership with myTVS shows its strong focus on giving customers a complete and smooth experience.
The statement added that VinFast and myTVS will work together to grow their service network, train staff, and support customers, building a strong and trustworthy after-sales system.
VinFast is part of Vingroup JSC, one of the biggest business groups in Vietnam. It only makes electric vehicles.
VinFast’s products include a wide range of electric SUVs, e-scooters, and e-buses. The company is now entering a new growth phase by quickly expanding its global sales and service network and increasing production, especially in key markets in North America, Europe, and Asia.
