SUMMARY
- MIND Security has raised $72 million in Series B funding, led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, taking its total funding to $112 million.
- The Israeli cybersecurity startup will use the funding to expand its DLP platform, enterprise presence and technology partnerships.
- Founded in 2023, MIND has reached a $10 million annual revenue run rate and has around 70 employees.
The funding will be used to accelerate development of its data loss prevention (DLP) platform, expand in key enterprise markets, strengthen technology and channel partnerships, and grow its team as it adds more customers.
What is MIND Security?
MIND Security is a cybersecurity company focused on data loss prevention. Its platform helps enterprises monitor and prevent sensitive data from being exposed across GenAI, agentic AI and IT environments.
The company was founded in 2023 by CEO Eran Barak, CTO Itai Schwartz and VP of R&D Hod Bin-Noon. Barak previously co-founded Hexadite, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2017. Schwartz was the first employee at Torq and Axonius, while Bin-
Noon was the first employee at Dazz, which was later acquired by Wiz.
MIND has also launched MIND AI DLP Agents, which are designed to handle routine data loss prevention tasks autonomously.
Funding Details
MIND raised $72 million in its Series B round, bringing its total funding to $112 million. Crosspoint Capital Partners led the round with an investment of approximately $35 million.
The entire $72 million was invested directly into the company, with no secondary share sale involved. Crosspoint had previously invested around $5 million in MIND during the 2025 RSAC Innovation Sandbox competition.
The company had raised $30 million in its previous round about a year before the latest funding. Its current valuation is estimated at $300 million.
How Will MIND Security Use the Funding?
MIND will use the new capital to speed up development of its DLP platform and expand its presence in key enterprise markets.
The company also plans to deepen its technology and channel partnerships and increase its workforce as it continues to grow its customer base.
Who founded MIND
MIND Security currently has around 70 employees, with about 40 based in Israel and the rest in the United States.
The company says it has achieved more than 1,700% revenue growth and 800% customer growth over the past year. It has reached an annual revenue run rate of $10 million, around 18 months after starting to sell its product.
MIND says its platform has analyzed billions of data events in real time across GenAI, agentic AI and IT environments and has helped stop sensitive data loss across hundreds of thousands of endpoints.
Market and Business Growth
MIND operates in the growing data loss prevention market as companies adopt GenAI and AI agents. Its DLP platform is designed to help enterprises manage data security across these environments.
The company competes with established cybersecurity firms, including Israeli cybersecurity company Varonis.
What Happens Next?
With its latest funding, MIND plans to continue developing its DLP technology, expand into enterprise markets, build partnerships and grow its workforce.
Barak says, "The DLP market is vast and well-established, yet it was not built for the AI ??era. AI amplifies the challenge, enabling users, systems, and AI agents to access and transfer sensitive data in new ways and at unprecedented speeds."
He added, "This funding will allow us to accelerate our growth and bring the MIND platform to every organization seeking to adopt AI while safeguarding sensitive corporate data."
