Mobileye Founder Amnon Shashua to Step Down as CEO, Board Begins Search for Successor

The company's Board of Directors will begin searching for a new CEO by hiring an executive search firm and carrying out a detailed selection process.

After a new CEO is appointed, Prof. Amnon Shashua will remain on Mobileye's Board of Directors. The Board has also offered him the position of Chairman of the company.
