UAE-based angle investor AngelSpark invested in B2B marketplace Plain Tiger for an unknown amount. Plain Tiger, founded in 2021 by Alexandra Polson and Oliver Baillie, connects hotels with eco-friendly suppliers to save time, money, and the environment.
The $1.5 million Seed round will help it to expand into KSA and speed more hotels’ net zero procurement.

UAE-based VC firm AngelSpark has invested in Plain Tiger, a B2B marketplace transforming hospitality procurement.
It helps hotels find eco-friendly suppliers, saving time and money and lowering their environmental impact. Suppliers may access top Middle Eastern hotel groups through it, while hotels can source from 300+ suppliers at the same price as dealing directly with them.
