The Potcast Productions Company, based in Egypt, secured an early investment round at an unknown valuation. Islam Adel founded Potcast in 2020, and it produces 15 different shows for different target audiences.
In just six months, it is said to have received over 600,000 viewing hours and seven million listens.
Potcast’s intentions to enter regional markets, starting with the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, would be accelerated by the funding round. The Potcast Productions’ investment round is in line with its goal of producing a diverse array of original material while making the most of Egypt’s enormous potential and the inventiveness of young people.

It also intends to enter regional markets, starting with the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By utilizing the power of narrative, TPP hopes to further establish itself as a preeminent and inventive podcasting organization in the Middle East and North Africa, contributing to cultural integration in these regions.
The company’s goal is to assist content creators in expanding their audience so they may earn more money more profitably, especially in light of the current boom in the podcast business. It also hopes to establish Egypt as a major player in the world media scene by presenting innovative and cutting-edge programming.
