Pulsenmore Ltd., a company known for its home ultrasound technology, has announced a strategic partnership with Ouma Health, a leading provider of virtual maternity care services in the United States.
Through this partnership, the two companies aim to improve pregnancy care by combining Pulsenmore’s home ultrasound solutions with Ouma Health’s virtual maternity care platform.
As part of the partnership, Ouma Health will add Pulsenmore’s FDA-approved home ultrasound technology to its virtual maternity care platform. This will allow pregnant women to undergo ultrasound monitoring from home while staying connected with their doctors and care teams throughout their pregnancy.
For Pulsenmore, the agreement strengthens its presence in the U.S. maternal healthcare market. It also gives the company an opportunity to offer its home ultrasound solution through Ouma Health’s established virtual care platform, which serves expectant mothers across the country.

"Maternal healthcare is undergoing a fundamental transformation toward more connected, patient-centered care models," said Dr. Elazar Sonnenschein, Founder and CEO of Pulsenmore. "By partnering with Ouma Health, we have an opportunity to bring ultrasound beyond the walls of the clinic and into established virtual maternity care pathways, helping healthcare professionals expand access to prenatal monitoring while keeping patients at the center of care. With 35% of U.S. counties classified as maternal care deserts, virtual care models combined with home ultrasound technology will play an important role in closing critical access gaps for expectant mothers."
"At Ouma, we care for patients who often face significant geographic and logistical barriers to prenatal care, including those living in maternity deserts and underserved communities," said Dr. Sina Haeri, CEO of Ouma Health. "Pulsenmore's technology gives us a way to bring more of the prenatal monitoring experience into the home, while keeping patients connected to a clinical team that can review the information and guide next steps. This partnership helps us make virtual maternity care more clinically complete, especially for patients who cannot easily access specialty care in person.
Maternal healthcare is a major focus area in the United States. Healthcare providers are increasingly looking for new ways to improve access to care, patient engagement, and coordination between patients and medical teams. Home ultrasound technology is becoming an important part of virtual and hybrid pregnancy care.
The partnership aims to improve care for underserved pregnant women while creating opportunities to expand the solution to healthcare systems, maternity care providers, and insurance organizations looking for innovative maternal health services.
Home ultrasound could play a key role in the future of prenatal care. It can help healthcare providers reach more patients, improve patient involvement, and offer more connected pregnancy care without relying solely on in-person clinic visits.
Pulsenmore Ltd. develops home ultrasound technology that allows pregnant women to monitor their pregnancies from home while staying connected with healthcare providers remotely.
