Under the direction of CEO Robert Giterman, RAAAM has created on-chip memory technology that uses half the space and five times less power than high-density SRAM.
Semiconductor firms can use its patented technology to replace SRAM in their SoCs with a drop-in replacement because it can be built cost-effectively using the standard CMOS process, which allows for a significant reduction in die size.
