Sherlocks AI Raises $900K in Pre-Seed Round led by SenseAI Ventures

Sherlocks AI, an AI-powered incident management startup, has raised Rs 7.5 crore (approx US$900K) in a pre-seed funding round led by SenseAI Ventures, with participation from Uppekkha.
The company plans to use the funding to enhance its product and expand its sales and market presence in North America, where demand for AI-driven Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and IT Operations (ITOps) solutions is growing quickly.
“AI has transformed how code gets written and shipped, but when things break in production, diagnosis is still manual and fragmented,” said Gaurav Toshniwal, Co-founder and CEO of Sherlocks AI. “We built Sherlocks AI to close that gap, so engineering teams spend less time firefighting and more time building, reliability has to be built into systems, not depend on human heroics” Akshat Jain, Co-founder and CTO of Sherlocks AI, added, “We architected Sherlocks AI as a true agentic system: specialized agents that reason over a live model of your environment, form and test hypotheses the way a senior engineer would, and converge on root cause without waiting for a human to kick off the investigation.”
