Incomlend intends to expand rapidly in the Middle East, and the merger will enable it to do so by operating through a new fintech platform that will connect it with fiat- and cryptocurrency-investors through trade financing.

The fintech company will be able to provide a new asset class to its platform with the acquisition, by adding a new offering of Web3-Technology. Both platforms will be available to investors; they will continue to operate independently and provide separate fintech solutions. The company intends to develop the financial platform further to enable future Stablecoin-Transactions.
