Singapore's XSQUARE Technologies, ACC ink MoU to advance Saudi Arabia’s logistics landscape

Singapore-based XSQUARE Technologies has signed a deal with Alkhorayef Commercial Company (ACC), a company in Saudi Arabia that provides business and industrial solutions. Together, they plan to improve the logistics system in Saudi Arabia.

The two companies said in a statement on Thursday that they have signed an agreement to work together. Their goal is to speed up the use of smart warehouse technology and improve how goods are moved and handled within warehouses across Saudi Arabia.

The agreement aims to combine ACC’s expanding logistics services with XSQUARE’s advanced warehouse automation technology. This includes smart robots (called Autonomous Mobile Robots or AMRs) and special software to manage warehouse operations. Together, they plan to offer efficient, safe, and flexible solutions for moving goods inside warehouses in Saudi Arabia.

As part of the agreement, both companies will work together to promote their services and set up flexible, complete automation solutions in important logistics and industrial areas.

The partnership will also involve creating test projects and live demonstrations to show how using AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) can make logistics more efficient and cost-effective.

As part of the deal, ACC will use its strong presence in Saudi Arabia and its experience in logistics to help roll out XSQUARE’s automation technology. This includes introducing AMRs to important customers and sharing business insights to help these solutions fit the local market.

SQUARE Technologies, on its part, will offer technical support and help with setting up the systems. This includes training, user guides, and plans for how the solutions will be developed and used.

The company will also assign experts to help adapt the solutions for the local market and to carry out test projects.

And execute pilot projects.
