Bengaluru-based quick home services startup Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as its new Head of Operations. He will be responsible for managing the company’s operations, improving service delivery, and building systems to support Snabbit’s growth.
Yadav has 15 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and consumer internet businesses. Before joining Snabbit, he co-founded quick fashion delivery startup Klydo and also held leadership positions at udaan and Flipkart.
Yadav is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi. His experience across operations and consumer-focused businesses is expected to help Snabbit strengthen its service operations as the company expands.
Yadav co-founded Klydo with Ankit Agarwal in September 2025. The startup offered fashion deliveries in 15–30 minutes in Bengaluru and raised around $2 million in seed funding. Klydo paused its consumer operations in July 2026 as it works on a new product direction.
Yadav will replace Vikas Choudhary, who led Snabbit’s operations for the past 18 months. Choudhary will now focus on new businesses and emerging opportunities at Snabbit.
Aayush Agarwal, Founder and CEO, Snabbit, said, “Vikas has played an instrumental role in building Snabbit’s operating foundation over the last 18 months and his contribution to taking this organisation from zero to one has been immense. As we enter our next phase, I look forward to working closely with Vikas as he brings the same entrepreneurial energy to building new businesses and identifying the next set of opportunities for Snabbit.”
He further added, “I am equally delighted to welcome Pradeep to Snabbit at an important juncture in our journey. As we scale from over one lakh jobs a day towards our ambition of serving a million households every day, the complexity and responsibility of our operations will increase significantly. Pradeep brings a rare combination of experience in building and scaling supply chains through different phases, along with the perspective of having been a founder himself. His experience, judgement and entrepreneurial mindset will be invaluable as we build an institution capable of operating at truly significant scale.”
Pradeep Yadav, Head of Operations, Snabbit, said, “Snabbit is disrupting home services, and the pace at which the business has scaled makes Snabbit an exciting place to be. Having spent more than a decade building and scaling operations across high-growth businesses, I see a significant opportunity to build an operating engine that can match the ambition of the company. I look forward to strengthen execution and build for scale, while delighting customers with a reliable and high quality experience.”
Snabbit has completed more than 1 crore (10 million) home service jobs since its launch. The company also recently recorded over 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day, showing strong demand for its services.
Snabbit currently operates in five cities and more than 150 micromarkets. Its key markets include Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
The company plans to expand to more cities across India while improving its technology and operations. Snabbit aims to eventually serve 1 million households every day and build a more organised and reliable home services network.
