Swire Coca-Cola and Fu-Rui-Shi Sign Long-Term Strategic Partnership

Swire Coca-Cola and Fu-Rui-Shi Hong Kong Corporate Development Limited, the franchisee of Subway in Hong Kong and Macau, have signed a 7.5-year strategic partnership agreement.

Starting in July 2026, all Subway restaurants and online ordering platforms in Hong Kong and Macau will serve beverages from the Coca-Cola portfolio. The partnership aims to give customers more drink choices and a better meal experience.

Richard Gould, Director and General Manager of Swire Coca-Cola HK, said, "The company is pleased to form a long-term partnership with Subway. He noted that meaningful partnerships go beyond brand collaboration — they respond to consumer needs and enhance everyday experiences."

He added that the collaboration not only elevates the dining experience but also reflects our commitment to creating more relevant, refreshing and enjoyable meal occasions for consumers.

Subway has 44 stores across Hong Kong and Macau. This partnership brings together the strengths of both companies to improve their market presence and offer customers a better experience. Coca-Cola will also support the partnership through its popular brands and platforms, including Foodmarks and Coke+.

In the future, the two companies plan to launch joint promotions and meal deals to encourage more sales. They also aim to better connect their physical stores with digital platforms to improve customer engagement and make ordering easier.

By focusing on customer experience, the partnership aims to create long-term value for the Hong Kong and Macau markets. It also hopes to set a new example of successful collaboration between the food and retail industries, benefiting the brands, business partners, and customers.
