
Workday has appointed John Lombard as its new President for Asia Pacific (APAC). The company aims to strengthen its leadership in the region and speed up the growth of its AI-powered HR, finance, and IT platform across key APAC markets.
John Lombard has more than 30 years of experience in the technology and consulting industry. Before joining Workday, he served as APAC CEO at NTT Data for 10 years. He has also held senior leadership roles at SAP, KPMG Australia, and Crowe Howarth.
Throughout his career, Lombard has helped businesses deal with changing regulations, upgrade their technology systems, and use data to improve business growth and performance.
Based in Australia and Singapore, Lombard will lead Workday's go-to-market strategy, commercial operations, and regional expansion across Asia Pacific. He will also help grow the company's partner network and support customers in using Workday's platform to improve efficiency and business performance.
