
Assiduus Global, a company that uses AI to help e-commerce businesses sell across countries and multiple platforms, has raised $25 million in a pre-Series B funding round.
The funding round was led by Bajaj Finserv and included contributions from Uncorrelated Ventures, Aaruha Technology Fund, Vikash Agarwal (Rupa Family Office), and other investors.
It will also expand globally into the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, using Oman as a key regional hub, and strengthen partnerships with enterprises, governments, and trade organizations to grow its presence in global trade.

Founded in 2018 by Somdutta Singh, Assiduus is a platform that uses AI to help businesses manage global e-commerce and supply chains. Today, it supports more than 150 brands in 20 countries and connects with over 18 international marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Since its last funding round, the company has seen 4 times growth in revenue.
Assiduus provides complete solutions for businesses, including cross-border distribution, order fulfillment, legal compliance, and performance tracking. It does this using a smart, asset-light model that combines software, data systems, and execution support.
Headquartered in Atlanta, the company also operates in India, UAE, UK, Denmark, and other international markets.
