
M2P Fintech, a company that provides digital banking infrastructure, has appointed Vivek Seshadri as its new Group CFO.
In this role, he will handle the company’s global finance work, including managing finances, dealing with investors, planning capital, and handling mergers and acquisitions. He will also work closely with the leadership team to improve financial systems and support the company’s growth in international markets.
Vivek Seshadri has more than 15 years of experience in finance, business leadership, capital markets, and M&A, especially in the technology and financial services sectors. Before joining M2P Fintech, he worked as the CFO at Hitachi Payment Services.
M2P Fintech said this appointment supports its growth as it expands globally and builds stronger operational systems.
