India’s Fastest Growing Assisted Living Brand Arcatron Mobility has secured undisclosed growth capital from OrbiMed, which invests globally across the healthcare industry.Other investors included investors including BL Taparia Family Office, Chona Family Office, MGA Ventures, and the founders of Arcatron actively participated in funding round.

OrbiMed seeks to be a capital provider of choice, providing tailored financing solutions and extensive global team resources to help build world-class healthcare companies. OrbiMed’s team of over 100 professionals is based in New Tork.

The funding infusion is intended to support branding and marketing campaigns, create new goods, and expedite research and development projects. Arcatron specializes in mobility aid equipment, including wheelchairs designed for people with limited mobility, orthopaedic insoles and ergonomic cushions for improved comfort and pain management, under its main brand, Fridos.
