The agreement follows and builds upon the completion of solutions’ significant acquisition of a 40% stake in Devoteam Middle East last week. The acquisition was first initiated during Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s visit to France in June of last year, where several areas of economic cooperation and investment were discussed. This recent strategic move brings significant weight and reinforces solutions by stc’s leadership role in driving innovation and digital growth in the Kingdom.

The MoU, which was signed by Omer Alnomany, CEO of solutions by stc, and Stanislas de Bentzmann, CEO of Devoteam Group, establishes a synergy of the experience and resources shared by both parties. The strategic alliance is poised to empower them to harness extensive digital transformation and technology expertise, seamlessly integrating it with the global insights, consulting, and investment opportunities.
