Oct 20, 2026 | By Nguyen Minh

China-based autonomous delivery vehicle company Neolix has Secures nearly $400 million in a Series E funding round to support its international expansion and scale its commercial operations. The funding will help the company strengthen its global presence, develop regional service hubs, and improve the artificial intelligence (AI) models used in its driverless delivery vehicles.
Funding
The Series E round was co-led by Boyu Capital, with participation from Alibaba’s AEF NextGen Fund, Granite Asia, Vertex Growth, Meridian Capital, and other new and existing investors. Monolith Management, Stone Venture, and Trustar Capital were also named among the investors in reports covering the round.
Neolix did not disclose its valuation following the latest investment. According to the reported figures, the funding brings the company’s total capital raised to more than $1.4 billion.
Funding to Support Global Expansion
Neolix plans to use the new capital to expand its operations across international markets and establish regional service hubs. The company also intends to increase data training for its AI models to support the development and deployment of its autonomous delivery technology.
According to the company, its fleet includes more than 30,000 vehicles operating across more than 20 countries and regions. These deployments provide a foundation for its plans to expand commercial delivery services and strengthen its presence in overseas markets.
Previous Funding and Industry Competition
The latest investment follows Neolix’s Series D funding round, which raised more than $600 million. The company previously described that financing as a record private funding round for China’s autonomous driving industry.
Neolix’s latest raise comes amid growing investment in China’s autonomous delivery sector, where companies are working to expand driverless logistics services. Competition is also increasing as investors back other players in the market, including Zelos, which has attracted significant investment to develop its autonomous delivery vehicle business.
Neolix Expands International Partnerships
Neolix has also pursued partnerships to support its overseas expansion. In Singapore, the company partnered with QuikBot to advance end-to-end autonomous delivery services in Singapore and other potential markets.
The company’s international growth also faces regulatory challenges. Proposed US connected-vehicle regulations could create additional barriers for Chinese connected vehicles seeking access to the American market, potentially affecting expansion plans in the country.
