Cybersecurity Startup Tenet Security Raises $6 Mn in Seed Round

Tenet Security, a cybersecurity startup, has raised US$6 million in Seed funding in a round led by The Westly Group and MizMaa Venture. The round also included angel investors such as Tomer Schwartz, founder of Dazz, and Lior Tal, former CEO of Coralogix.
The company is developing security tools to help businesses monitor and manage AI agents after they are deployed and actively running in real-world environments.
Tenet Security believes many companies currently lack enough visibility and control over how their AI agents operate, creating potential security risks.
“AI agents may be the biggest productivity unlock enterprises have seen in decades,” said Barak Sternberg, co-founder and CEO of Tenet Security. “But we're also entering a world where autonomous agents are interacting with systems, data, and other agents in ways most security tools were never designed to understand.”
“We're increasingly seeing AI agents become part of the attack path itself,” said Poran, co-founder and CTO. “The challenge isn't just monitoring prompts or API traffic, but controlling agent behavior in real time.”
The new funding will be used to improve and expand Tenet Security’s products and strengthen the work of its Tenet Threat Labs research team.
The company will also use the investment to grow its business operations in North America and support more AI agent frameworks and enterprise systems as the adoption of AI continues to increase.
Tenet Security is a cybersecurity company that helps businesses find, monitor, and protect autonomous AI agents working across their systems and applications.
Founded by security experts Barak Sternberg and Nevo Poran, the company provides tools that give organizations visibility into AI agents, protect them while they are running, and help prevent security threats, making it easier to use AI agents at scale.
