DUSQ (formerly known as InnerGize), a company focused on sleep science and recovery, has raised INR 24 crore in a seed funding round led by Fireside Ventures.
Other investors in the round include Antler India, Climber Capital, Startup Sherpas, Vaishav Investments, Avnish Anand (Founder of CaratLane), and Shivam Puri.
The company will use the funds to expand its sleep technology platform by hiring more experts in neuroscience and hardware, developing its intellectual property, improving its in-house sleep labs, and preparing to launch in the U.S. market.
Co-founder Dr. Siddhant Bhargava said, “We’re building infrastructure for human recovery, not another tracker. This funding allows India-built deep-science sleep tech to enter global markets.”
Ankur Khaitan, Fireside Ventures, added, “DUSQ combines scientific depth, differentiation, and a launch-ready product capable of defining the global sleep solutions category.” The Rs 24 crore round marks a milestone for Indian med-tech, signaling that globally competitive health technology can be developed from India.
DUSQ was founded in 2023 by Siddhant Bhargava, Shalmali Kadu, and Mitansh Khurana. It is a company focused on sleep science and recovery.
The company uses more than 50 million physiological data points and combines neuroscience with hardware design to create a new type of sleep technology.
Over the past year, DUSQ has conducted structured trials in its own sleep lab, studying how the body recovers under controlled conditions.
Early results show that its system can help support better recovery and improve uninterrupted sleep. Instead of just tracking sleep, the company’s technology aims to actively improve sleep quality.
