Pune-based Easebuzz Secures $30 Million in Series A Round Funding

Pune-based digital payments platform Easebuzz has raised $30 million in Series A funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The round included both primary and secondary investments, with participation from existing investors 8i Ventures and Varanium Capital.

Easebuzz plans to use the funds to grow its SaaS offerings, improve its online payments system, and develop offline tools like POS devices and UPI Soundboxes.

Rohit Prasad, Founder and CEO of Easebuzz said, “Easebuzz has built a category-defining platform at the intersection of payments and vertical SaaS. They are a company that is growing rapidly, innovating with speed and doing so profitably from day-one,”.

Easebuzz processed over $30 billion in payments in FY25, growing more than 10 times from its earlier $300 million. Its revenue also jumped to ₹650 crore from ₹294 crore in FY24.

The company recently got final approval from the RBI to work as an online payment aggregator and is now aiming to expand globally with a cross-border license.
