Cato Networks

Cybersecurity company Cato Networks has raised $359 million in a Series G funding round. This new funding brings the company’s value to $4.8 billion, a big jump from its previous $3 billion valuation in September 2023.

Ninja

Ninja Rapid Delivery has raised around $250 million from local investors in a new funding round led by Riyad Capital, making it the latest tech company in Saudi Arabia to reach a billion-dollar valuation.

Jumbotail, a B2B marketplace and modern retail platform for food and grocery has raised $120 million in a funding round led by SC Ventures, the innovation and investment arm of Standard Chartered Plc.

Infra.Market

Infra. Market, a company that provides construction materials, has raised an extra $50 million in debt funding from MARS Growth Capital. This comes as the startup prepares for a possible stock market listing (IPO).

Petroapp

Jadwa Investment, a top investment and advisory firm in the Middle East, has led a $50 million funding round for PetroApp, Saudi Arabia’s leading fuel management platform. The investment was made through Jadwa’s main private equity fund, the Jadwa GCC Diversified Private Equity Fund. Regional venture capital firm Bunat Ventures also joined the round.

Qedma

Qedma, a company that builds tools to make quantum computers more reliable, announced on Thursday that it has raised $26 million in Series A funding.

Imagene AI

Imagene AI, a company that builds advanced AI models for precision medicine, has raised $23 million in its Series B funding round. Larry Ellison, the founder of Oracle, led the round.

JIC

Japan Investment Corporation (JIC) has announced a limited partner (LP) investment of ¥3.5 billion (about $22.5 million) in Genesia Venture Fund IV, managed by Genesia Ventures, Inc.

AppsForBharat

AppsForBharat, the company behind the devotional app Sri Mandir, has raised Rs 175 crore (around $20 million) in a Series C funding round. The funding was led by Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital, with continued support from its existing investors Fundamentum, Elevation Capital, and Peak XV Partners.
