Weave Living, Asia Pacific’s leading vertically integrated owner/developer/operator of rental accommodation with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo & Seoul has secured additional investment from existing shareholders Warburg Pincus and our Founder & Group CEO, Sachin Doshi.

This new investment allows us to accelerate our expansion plans throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Weave’s ambitious objectives of growing its brand impact and real estate portfolio to over 5,000 owned and managed units across the deepest rental housing markets in the region, which includes Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other chosen gateway cities by 2025, will be further supported by this new equity injection. With an emphasis on the rental housing industry, the company plans to expand its top-of-the institutional asset management firm, mainly in the important markets of Korea, Singapore, and Japan.
