The omnichannel fashion and lifestyle platform Lyskraft, with its headquarters in Gurugram, raised $26 million in a seed investment round headed by Peak XV Partners. Prosus, Sofina, and Partners of DST Global also took part.
The startup was also backed by Deepinder Goyal, the CEO and co-founder of Zomato, Rajesh Magow, and Deep Kalra, the former CEO and founder of MakeMyTrip.

Lyskraft, which was developed in stealth mode over the past few months by Myntra founder Mukesh Bansal and Zomato co-founder Mohit Gupta, offers a carefully chosen assortment of more than 15 women’s fashion brands and designers, with new designers being introduced on a weekly basis.

According to a statement from the startup, it has opened a high-end pop-up store at Ambience Mall in Gurugram and will also sell its merchandise online.
“The future of retail is omnichannel, especially for categories like premium fashion, where touch, feel. and experience of the actual product are key to consumer choice in the category,” said Gupta in the statement. He added, “India’s deep roots in fabrics, craft, creative heritage, and manufacturing strength also puts us in a unique position to play a large role on the global stage.”
In addition to being a co-founder, Bansal will serve as a strategic advisor to the company, with Gupta serving as its CEO and co-founder.
