Awz Ventures led a $6 million fundraising round for Nanopass Technologies, an intradermal delivery solutions startup, contributing $4 million of that total. The money is intended to help NanoPass with its innovative and commercial growth.

The company’s expansion plans will be led by Daniel Levitats, who has over 25 years of experience in high-tech and medical device companies, as its new CEO.

The MicronjetTM platform, the company’s flagship product, uses Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) technology for intradermal delivery. The platform has a hollow pyramid structure composed of pure silicon crystal that is FDA-approved for intradermal distribution and is less than 1 mm in size.

In more than 70 clinical trials, micronjet has demonstrated great delivery uniformity, minimal leakage rates, and high success rates.

Optimising product delivery performance for both therapeutic and cosmetic operations is the goal of the Micronjer platform. It provides safety, consistency, and accuracy that are superior to those of conventional injection techniques.

The delivery system’s almost painless nature has made it a popular option for doctors and patients throughout. As part of its Active Capital approach, Awz Ventures invested in NanoPass. This strategy offers mulb stage investment, mentorship, access to strategic relationships, and preparation for upcoming funding rounds and M&A opportunities.

Dr. Shuk Yeshurun Anz Ventures and other investors, such as Ofer Hi Tech, D Partners, WFD Ventures, and Blcam Medical, joined NanoPlass Technologies when it was created in 2000. The company has a strong patent portfolio that protects its products, which are sold worldwide.
