Prep, a platform for language learning and test preparation with its headquarters in Vietnam, revealed that it has raised $7 million in Series A funding, which was headed by Northstar Ventures and Cercano Management Asia.
Touchstone Partners, East Ventures, and Saison Capital also participated in the round, according to a statement from it.

The announcement claims that it will be able to grow its workforce, improve its learning resources, and enter new markets and languages with the help of this $7 million round.
After winning the round, it declared its dedication to improving its in-house technology in order to scale and continue to be profitable while offering its expanding user base even more individualised learning experiences.
“The ultimate vision is to enable every learner to feel as if they have a dedicated personal teacher and mentor to help them achieve their learning targets, “This new investment is an important milestone for us in realizing this vision,” said Tu Pham, Chief Executive Officer.
Vice President at Saison Capital Ziheng Li added that having grown up in China, he had personally observed the magnitude of the test preparation business while studying English in order to pursue an international education.
