Bengaluru-based Propsoch, a platform that helps homebuyers make informed property decisions, has raised US$2 million in seed funding. The investment round was led by Athera Venture Partners, with participation from Sparrow Capital and Vakil Group.
According to the company, the fresh funds will be used to improve its research and advisory services, strengthen its team by hiring more employees, and expand its presence into new markets.
“This funding round helps us deepen our roots in our home market while we expand our footprint into Mumbai,” cofounder and CEO Ashish Acharya said.
“After successfully advising 1,500+ families in Bengaluru, we are now scaling our ability to service 10,000+ homebuyers this year,” Acharya added.
