Singapore’s Qashier Launches AI Tools to Help Merchants Manage Business Operations

The company launched QashierGM in Singapore on October 22, 2026. The AI assistant is available to all Qashier merchants in Singapore at no additional cost through QashierHQ.

QashierGM allows merchants to ask questions about sales, payouts, and products. It can also make administrative changes after receiving approval, helping business owners manage routine tasks more efficiently.

How QashierGM Helps Merchants

QashierGM is designed to give merchants quick access to important business information through an AI assistant. Instead of manually checking different records, users can ask questions about sales performance, payouts, and products.

The assistant can also carry out administrative changes after receiving approval. This allows merchants to manage selected business tasks through a conversational interface while retaining control over important changes.

Crew Supports Team Collaboration

Crew provides a chat-based interface through which employees can interact with Qashier’s AI assistant. Staff members can check business figures, update product items, and send invoices within the limits of their assigned permissions.

The role-based access system helps businesses control which tasks individual employees can perform. The tool is included in Qashier and Enterprise plans, giving eligible businesses access to AI-assisted workflows within their existing software.

Expansion Across Southeast Asia

Qashier plans to introduce QashierGM and Crew in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines in November 2026. The planned expansion will bring the tools to additional markets where the company serves merchants.

The rollout builds on Qashier’s existing presence across Southeast Asia. However, the company has not disclosed further details about market-specific features or changes to the availability and pricing of the tools outside Singapore.
