Submer has entered into a new partnership with Anant Raj Cloud, which is part of Anant Raj Limited. This collaboration highlights strong cooperation between Europe and India.
The partnership will bring advanced liquid cooling and AI technologies from Europe to India. The goal is to build modern and environmentally friendly data centres.
These data centres will help keep data secure and support India’s Digital India mission by improving digital infrastructure across the country.
Submer and Anant Raj Cloud plan to build AI-ready, energy-efficient data centres across India. These centres will use high-density systems that consume less power, helping businesses and government agencies run large AI projects. Submer will provide modular infrastructure and its InferX platform to simplify operations.
Anant Raj Cloud is already an important player in India’s tech space, with large campuses in Manesar and Panchkula. The company is now moving beyond basic data storage to build advanced facilities for powerful GPUs. This shift supports the goals of the 2026–27 Union Budget, which aims to make India a global hub for AI and semiconductors.
Patrick Smets, the CEO of Submer, said, “India is at a pivotal moment in its digital transformation. By combining Submer’s modular datacenter infrastructure, liquid cooling technologies and prefabricated MEP systems with Anant Raj’s existing Data Centre Infrastructure & Cloud Services and campus development capabilities, we bring high-performance AI compute online fast while significantly reducing environmental impact.”
The partnership also focuses on using space more efficiently. According to Dev Tyagi, President of UKI, India, and Asia at Submer, the plan will allow much more computing power in the same space.
Dev Tyagi added that this approach provides a safe, sustainable, and scalable way for India to adopt AI quickly and on a large scale.
Amit Sarin, Managing Director of Anant Raj Limited, said he is proud to support India’s AI journey. He explained that working with Submer and InferX offers the right solution to boost economic growth and supports the Prime Minister’s vision of a self-reliant India.
