The funding round was led by O.G. Venture Partners and M Ventures, the strategic investment arm of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. The new funding will support Remepy as it continues developing its combination of medicines and AI-based therapeutic applications.
Remepy will use the new funding to develop more pharmaceutical partnerships and expand its Hybrid Drug pipeline and technology platform. The company plans to work with partners to develop new treatments that combine medicines with personalized, AI-powered therapies.
The funding will also support the global Phase III clinical development of Hybridopa, Remepy’s leading treatment program for Parkinson’s disease. The company expects to begin the Phase III program in Q4 2026.

“Through a combination of biotechnology, artificial intelligence and digital health, Remepy is redefining how medicines are developed and delivered,” said Ziv Kop, managing partner at O.G. Venture Partners Israel.
Remepy was founded in 2022 by serial entrepreneur Dr. Michal Tsur, who was previously involved in founding Cayota and Kaltura. She co-founded Remepy with Or Shoval, Eran Etam, and Prof. Amir Amedi, who leads the Brain and Imaging Institute at Reichman University.
Dr. Michal Tsur and Or Shoval currently serve as co-CEOs of Remepy. The company has around 60 employees and is based in Ramat Gan, Israel.
Remepy is developing a new type of medicine that combines prescription drugs with personalized, AI-powered therapy apps. The goal is to provide patients with both medical treatment and digital support as part of the same therapy.
