Wingify Appoints Mehernaz Dalal as New CFO to Support Global Growth

SaaS company Wingify has appointed Mehernaz Dalal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has taken up the role with immediate effect.

- Wingify has appointed Mehernaz Dalal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- She will also support the company’s global expansion and growth plans.
- Wingify is backed by Everstone Capital and operates digital experience products including VWO and AB Tasty.
Dalal brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
Before joining Wingify, she worked as an independent CFO and strategic advisor, helping businesses with financial and strategic decisions.
Before joining Wingify, Dalal spent more than five years at Dayforce in Singapore. She served as the company’s APAC CFO until 2025.
At Wingify, Dalal will work with CEO Sparsh Gupta, the leadership team, Everstone, and the Board. Her role will focus on improving the company’s financial and business operations and supporting its global growth plans.
