Asian startups secure investment in different funding rounds from venture capital firms and angel investors to grow their businesses and scale up to be more successful in Asia and worldwide. Below are the top 10 Asian Startups Funding Roundups for this week 23 August - 28 August.

Xpeng Robotics

Chinese electric vehicle maker Xpeng has announced that its robotics business, known as Xiaopeng Pengxing, has raised more than US$900 million in a Series A funding round.

Fasset

Fasset, an AI-powered stablecoin neobanking platform, has raised US$68 million in Series C funding at a $1 billion valuation. The round was led by SBI Group and follows the company’s $51 million Series B funding round earlier this year.

Airbound

Bengaluru-based aerospace startup Airbound has raised US$37 million in Series A funding.

Pay.com.au

Australian business payments and rewards platform Pay.com.au has raised US$28 million (A$39 million) in a Series E funding round.

Swvl

Swvl, a technology company that provides mobility solutions for businesses and governments, has announced a US$13 million private investment.

Bioactivx

Singapore-based deep-tech startup Bioactivx has raised US$3 million in a Pre-Series A funding round. The round was co-led by Martin Krupp, Managing Director of Swiss family office ContInvest, and Cocoon Capital, with support from new and existing investors.

Oro

Oro, a financial AI platform, has raised US$3 million in a strategic funding round. The round was co-led by MH Ventures and Mapleblock Capital.

WATER

WATER, a Hyderabad-based Physical AI startup, has raised US$2.5 million in seed funding in a round led by Endiya Partners. The round also included investment from Pullela Gopichand, Darwinbox co-founder Rohit Chennamaneni, Swiggy co-founder Nandan Reddy and other angel investors.

GMNSM

Dubai-based martial arts and holistic education company GMNSM has raised US$2 million in funding. The investment came from VEYRA Capital, along with a private investor.

Raff

Raff, a Saudi-based technology company, has raised $1.7 million in pre-Seed funding. The company helps consumer brands manage distribution and inventory by connecting them directly with retailers.
