Rig Security Secures $12 Mn to Strengthen AI Agent Identity Security

The funding will support Rig Security’s platform which is designed to help enterprises identify, monitor and protect AI agents operating through human and machine identities.

AI agents can operate through the identities and access permissions of employees or service accounts. According to Rig, this can make it difficult for security teams to determine whether an action was performed by a human or an AI agent.

Rig’s platform discovers AI agents running on endpoints and distinguishes their activity from the human or machine identity they are operating through. It can also enforce security policies in real time across cloud, on-premises and identity provider environments.

“Identity used to mean people's credentials. Today, the most active identities in an enterprise are AI agents, and they are acting under human names,” said Guy Kozliner, Founder and CEO of Rig Security.

How Rig Security’s Platform Works

Rig Security uses machine learning and AI-based technologies to connect identity activity across different enterprise environments.

Its Rig Identity Correlation Engine (RICE) is designed to identify and correlate the same identity across identity providers, cloud infrastructure, on-premises systems, network edges and endpoints.

The company said RICE currently resolves identities with more than 96% accuracy, based on its internal testing.

Rig also offers a lightweight endpoint sensor that can distinguish AI-agent activity from a user's own activity. The technology is designed to allow security teams to enforce policies on AI agents without blocking the employee whose identity the agent is using.

Together, these capabilities support Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) for human, machine and AI identities.

Enterprise Adoption

Rig Security said its technology is already being used in production by Fortune 200 organizations across financial services, insurance, healthcare and technology.

The company is available through the AWS Marketplace and CrowdStrike Marketplace.

Rig was also named one of two runners-up in the 2025 AWS and CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator, presented in collaboration with the NVIDIA Inception program.

The company said it currently protects tens of millions of identity activities and has grown to 20 employees.

Investors and Leadership

The funding round was co-led by Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners. CrowdStrike’s Falcon Fund also participated strategically.

Before founding Rig Security, Guy Kozliner worked at Wiz as part of Ami Luttwak’s team. Luttwak, who is Wiz’s co-founder and CTO is also an investor in Rig.

Mark Hatfield, Co-founder and Partner at Ten Eleven Ventures, said that identity has become a major security concern as organizations manage increasing numbers of human, machine and AI-driven identities.

Rig’s leadership team also includes CTO Nokky Goren, who was the first engineer at Axis Security and Head of Product Michal Haikov who has experience with Israel's Unit 8200 and Flow Security.
