
Physical AI startup SiMa.ai has raised $150 million in a Series C funding round co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify. The company plans to use the new funding to scale its Physical AI platform and develop next-generation hardware.
The round also saw participation from Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, StepStone Group, AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital and J.P. Morgan.
The latest funding values SiMa.ai at $1.45 billion and takes the company's total funding raised to $500 million.

With this round, SiMa.ai's total funding has reached $500 million, while its valuation stands at $1.45 billion.
How Will SiMa.ai Use the New Funding?

The company will use the fresh capital to expand Palette Neat, its agentic software environment designed for Physical AI.
The funding will also support the development of next-generation hardware, including machine learning IP, chiplets and system-on-chips (SoCs).
SiMa.ai said its purpose-built Physical AI silicon is planned to deliver up to 1,000 TOPS of compute.
SiMa.ai's Business Growth
SiMa.ai said its revenue grew four-fold year-on-year between 2024 and 2025 and that it continued to see strong revenue momentum in 2026.
The company's platform is designed to provide purpose-built computing for Physical AI workloads, which can help devices process AI applications locally.
SiMa.ai counts companies including ARK Electronics, AVerMedia, Bosch, Emerson, Intrinsic, Kontron, L&T Technology Services, Mistral, STIGA, Synopsys and Virya Autonomous Tech among its customers.
What Happens Next?
SiMa.ai plans to develop its next-generation hardware for medium- to high-end drones, humanoid robots, automotive advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and AI-powered cockpits.
