Barq

Saudi digital payments company Barq has raised $329.5M in a Series A funding round with participation from Noon Investments, Sohar International Bank, and M20 Fund. The funding values the company at $1.85 billion and comes around two years after the launch of its services.

Tabby

Saudi Arabia-headquartered fintech Tabby has raised $233 million in a Series F equity round led by existing investor Blue Pool Capital. Existing shareholders HSG, Wellington Management, and Arbor Ventures also participated in the round. The investment values Tabby at $6.5 billion.Dtcpay

New Delhi-based metal procurement platform Enlight Metals has raised $1.5 million from US-based investment firm Exar North Group at a valuation of $10 million. The funding will be used to expand its Agentic AI platform, strengthen technology infrastructure, acquire more customers and grow its procurement operations across new markets.

Bekia

Egyptian recycling technology startup Bekia has raised $765,000 in Seed funding to expand its recycling platform and launch its first B2B software product, Bekia Next. The round was led by Madica an Africa-focused investment programme affiliated with Flourish Ventures with participation from returning investor Catalyst Fund and Dakar-based Jambaar Capital.The company also plans to test its model in a second African market.
